POOR SERVICE

The poor service we receive from Shoprite is unexplainable...

Today I was at Shoprite Somerset West with my late brother's wife, mind you she's wearing grieving clothes (izila) and she is pregnant, so while I was busy unpacking the items from the trolley and she was on the on the other side packing the items in the plastic bags and she had to go to the entrance to fetch a big trolley by herself while the packers were there busy gossiping, and what made me very angry when I asked the controller to assist with the matter she just ignored us, and when I went to the Manager's office the manager just said "I'll sort it out" then he walked out on me,

I am very not happy with that and they know what does these grieving clothes means
