Poor Service

I got a problem since last year September regarding my srd someone changed my number and that person opened an account at money market I don't know how because they have to scan an ID if they open an account apparently the account was opened and they paid R350 on that account I went to Money market to advised them that am not the one who opened that account they put the account on hold and the following day another R350 was paid.Since from then I was busy sensing the some documents that was required but even today I didn't get that money. I was sending whatsapp with no respond @money market please help because I need that money asap.
