Poor service

I was at the brand new shoprite in klapmuts and was I disappointed first they have no service (not poor service NO SERVICE) after waiting 3 minutes waiting for the lady at the till to finish chating with her friend I finally got helped i then asked her for sigarettes she then struggled for almost 4 minutes to get someone to fetch it from the sigarette counter. The best of everything they then told me they do not have any stock. I can not believe a new shop could have sutch bad service<br> <br> Thank you
