Poor service

I was in shoprite in showe by the rank were the parcel counter service was very poor the woman there wasn't welcoming she told me to push my stuff in side "dushula" were her exact words because it was two heavy for her to hold bare in mind it was six pack of 2L coke and the stuff that I had to push inside was left by the other owners and were not there to witness how what they left was being handled When the manager who said her name is Silindile Kubheka came by she denied all this, the question is this the way our parcels are treated in shoprite the service was really poor to me
