Poor service

On 01/10/2015 around 18:00 I've wanted to redeem a Eezi coupon code (***) at Retreat Shoprite. The till did not want to except the code so I activated an new 1 ( ***) and it was also rejected. I then spoke to the supervisor who told me that Shoprite only release a certain amount of Eezi coupon codes per day.I had to leave the store without my purchase which was very disappointing and upsetting. Nowhere did I ever read that that coupons had a daily limit.
