Poor service

Good day

So it happened yesterday that I went to ShopRite bara mall specifically and I had a cash send sent to me .

I asked the lady at the teller to kindly assist me with the withdrawal as she was standing with her friend that works with her "colleagues" .

With attitude she says offline after they communicated with eyes. I said it's okay .

I proceeded to ask another guy as he is also a teller and he gladly assisted me with the withdrawal.

As this lady was chatting with the friend/colleague they are not working and mind you all other working tellers are full and long queues

I am not happy with the ladies service I'd definitely rate her level of service zero. If she feels like she doesn't wanna work she must give other people chance . And a reminder to her ... I was asking for a loan it was a withdrawal.

The lady is a bit old and she wears glasses she has straight up as her hairstyle.
