Poor Service

Shoprite in Cosmo City is the worst supermarket ever. On month end, you get assisted by 3 cashiers while the rest of their tills are closed. You end up standing on a queue for hours just to pay for your items. This has been going on for a while now and management is doing nothing to resolve this matter. People end up going to other supermarkets for a better service. Shoprite must improve when it comes to service as most of their staff give you bad attitude.
