Poor service

I went to Shoprite Highland Mews Witbank with the intentions to buy a hardbody chicken. When I got to the butchery counter there were 4 people butchery staff, I had to wait to 10 minutes to be assisted. Just as when I was assisted, I asked the lady for 1 hardbody and that it be cut for me. She said I should ask the other butcher staff to cut, she cannot assist. I walked out so disappointed as i was refused to be helped.
