Poor service

We approached the confectionary section of ShopRite Newtown junction for a dessert dougnat and no one attended us . There were two ladies on the fast foods section and we asked them to help us ,they refused to help us and told us to approach management because there was no one to help us at the confectionary section. So we had to wait for 10 minutes to be served . We even went to the manager who then assigned someone to help us
