Poor service

I bought a gas stove at Shoprite Alberton and was not aware it doesn't come with horse and nose. I then went to Katlehong Sontonga shoprite for a refund and a front end supervisor by the surname of Mabuza told me that they will not refund a product that was bought at another branch as the money went to a different branch. They can only do exchange. I must drive back to Alberton. I must take it back when it is the same.company. I know that their service t pathetic, but this is low. They have no right to treat me unfairly. I just want to get same respect I got when purchasing the product. I want my money back.
