Poor servicce

Why in the world would shoprite sunnypark mall in pretoria only have 4 cashiers on the busyiest time of the day. Then the cashier is so occupied with giving out her cell phone number that first she adds a bag to my stuff which I did not ask for. then she fortget to gives me my change which causes me to lose my bus and I had to take an uber to get home
