POOR QUALITY PLASTICS BY SHOPRITE PROTEA GLEN

Dear Shoprite CEO. I love shopping at your company because you have the best prices. I am not happy with your plastics. The plastics you are currently using at Protea Glen Mall are WEAK and SOFT and BREAK EASILY. I nearly got ****** last month because your plastics broke while I was walking to the car. THERE WERE NO TROLLIES at Shoprite Protea Glen Mall. I searched and searched for a TROLLEY and I could not find it. I am COMPLAINING about the poor quality of your plastics. Please do something about your plastics. I often buy at Shoprite at least once a week and I am not happy about your plastics. I bought from your company yesterday and again even when I lift your plastics from the trolly into the car YOUR PLASTICS ARE BREAKING EASILY. Please fix this. I love Shoprite but your plastics are stressing me.
