Poor quality

I bought 2 plate stove at Shoprite Tubatse Crossing in May 2020 I was told tht it hv 1 warranty, on Saturday 17 October I went to shoprite with my stove coz the other plate is no longer working, at Shoprite they refused to change tht stove, cashier controller told me tht they won't change it coz the other plate was burned n is my fault. When we buy they don't tell us the terms n conditions of the warranty. I will advise people to stop buying shoprite electric appliance coz are of poor quality,there don't last even 6 months
