Poor poor service

I bought a pack of sweets priced 22r when I arrive at the till it rings 64r, they call the manager and he tells me that I should have read the fine print, he also implies that I could swapped the price. He refused give me the sweets at the price it was advertised. When I told him I would report this he told me to go right ahead
