Poor, pathetic customer Service

I was at Shoprite Northcliff butchery and had to wait longer than 20 minutes for the service. There was no one at the work station to attend to me. I had to go from the back of the shop where the butchery is to call the manager who identified himself as Sibusiso Seabi. Despite drawing his attention to my waiting for the person at the butcher to attend to me, I waited with no service. This is really a pathetic, disgusting service from this store. This is Saturday afternoon, 12 October 2022 at around 16:40 where you expect someone to be at the workstation. I left the store without buying the meat that I wanted because the wait was too much. The manager, Sibusiso Seabi is aware of the situation. I am really upset about this and the inconvenience caused as I really needed the meat at that particular in time. I will appreciate if this matter can be investigated, provide feedback and a voucher be provided as compensation to my inconvenience, please.
