Poor new system of Shoprite supermarkets

Shoprite Supermarket new system is unrealistic in the morning most of the time switch off all tills and money market it makes customers late sometimes waiting 20 to 30 menutes for it to come back I don't don't blame stores but people from head office who like to change without making proper research first please think about the customer first.
