Poor management s****s

On the 9/10/2017 I went to shoprite in pta north to purchase some grocery with my Rcs credit card,then when I was about to pay then they must verify the card by calling the service provider which I don't have any problem with it,the supervisor came back and said rcs it's not picking up so she will call the manager who is still outside then I waited (Willie)came and said I must leave my grocery as my service provider is not picking up the phone Then I said to him how does he know as he didn't even try to call them. Then I said pls call the other manager to come and assist ,Leon came and he also said the same thing And I said he must call them again guess what rcs did pick up immediately so if I didn't insist that they must call again what was gonna happen. Leon apologised as he thought Willie tried to call rcs. He said Willie must come and apologised as he was busy in the office then Willie refused ,I left the store not happy at all
