Poor management on pension day

On sassa pay out day shoprite at lakeside mall, benoni never have money at their till points for a cash back payment thereby forcing people to withdraw at an atm which costs R40 plus and it is a lot of money to us. In the Western Cape we never experienced this problem at shoprite, atlantis mall and I also managed a supermarket in the eastern cape where we catered for pension days with payouts at our till points having sufficient cash on hand. I, along with many others are not happy with this lack of managing pension day payouts. The banks are cashing in big time
