Poor Management

Absolutely horrible service from the manager at Shoprite in Bishop Lavis. I withdrew money from the Spark ATM and the power went out. My money did not come out of the small ATM and I was referred to a manager.

She brushede off and said I'm taking a chance and I shouldn't report it to her cause she cannot do anything about it. She walked away whilst I was speaking. Big ups to the security who helped and reset the ATM however still needed to call the bank.

My issue is sorted but I'll never make use of ShopRite Bishop Lavis. Management absolutely is terrible
