Poor management

In connection with the \priced to go "markdown items that all the Checkers stores in my area have late afternoon. What is the time usually that these items are ready for sale???? Everytime I go to the store at Northriding the items are lying in a trolley at 4.00pm waiting to be marked down and labelled . There is no sense of urgency and it's seems to be such a big effort for the staff to do this task. Why even bother to mark down if it is so difficult to get it done by a certain time every day ??? I have seen lots of customers hanging around waiting every day for them to get their backsides into gear !!!"""
