Poor, lousy management of the store

Went to Shoprite Usave Cosmo City. There was only one till open with a long que of customers. When this was brought to the Manager Barbara's attention all she did was shout that other cashiers went to the toilet. Customers who could wait left without buying, and Barbara was not bothered. As if all of this was not enough, when you get to the till, the only one which is open you are told its only cash purchases, the card machine is not working. Again Barbara is not bothered to announce this or open another till to pay with card. So once again customer walks out, after waiting a long time and does not buy anything, because the one card machine is not working.
