Poor customer/management communication from Shoprite, Korsten.

As a regular customer of Shoprite, Korsten, Port Elizabeth, I am utterly disappointed in their non-existent customer relationship. In June 2022, I delivered a letter for a donation for a fund-raising event for our school. After numerous attempts to reach the manager, I was informed in August that the manager is on leave and that Shoprite does not make any donations to schools for fund-raising events. The least that management could do was to contact me to inform me of the store's policies, as a common courtesy and it is only common decency. Thank you Shoprite, Korsten for your poor customer relationship.
