Poor customer services

Bad customer services, we waited close to 30 minutes for someone from the store to tell a line of 35 customers who want to play the lottery at the kiosk that their experiencing problems with the lottery kiosk. As a retail employee myself I find that being disrespectful to customers or clients, I reckon most township stores are the one's that make more money than stores at the suburbs. So if Shoprite value their clients or customers they better attend to it.
