Poor Customer Service/No manners/No respect

I went to Shoprite Liquorshop Westgate Station this morning at about 08:05 to buy cigarettes. There was only one cashier there who was very rude to me she doesn't know how to treat a customer or show some respect to other people . (i don't know how she got a job really). She also didn't have change for R100 note and told me I'm not special I must go and get the change myself outside the shop she just started working and don't have time. She also said I'm forward (ngiyaphapha) . What does Shoprite stand for if you get such service from their employees I really don't understand . I would like to know how they select perfect candidate for the job. This is not exceptable .I didn't get her name when I called their lines looking for the manager no one answered that was 08:30 ( ********** 239 & ********** 324) . When do they really start working?. I'm very disappointed
