Poor Customer service rendered

I am very disgusted with the service that I received from Ikgopuleng Morake from Boksburg Shorprite money market, she had the guts to tell me that she is about to knock off and doesn't have the funds that I am requesting. She further had the decency to advise that going to the back is a process to get the funds , I am not certain whether she understands the importance of customer service. I hope this is the last time I am logging a complaint against Boksburg Shoprite store.
