POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM BUKEKA

I recently visited Shoprite Fordsburg this morning and I was assisted by a cashier by the name of BUKEKA and I had a very disappointing experience with the cashier. When I was checking out, the cashier was unfriendly and seemed rushed.

What really bothered me was the cashier's attitude. They seemed completely uninterested in helping me and didn't even make eye contact. As a customer, I expect a basic level of respect and courtesy, which was not provided.

I hope the store will take steps to improve their customer service, starting with the cashiers. Until then, I'll think twice about shopping here again.
