Poor customer service

I was treated bad and disrespected by a shoprite worker by the name of Vuseka Zama , I reported her to her manager Nicholas Chauke who was not helpful to resolve the matter instate the lady was continuing with her attitude in front of him.

What transpired I greeted the lady she didn’t respond I asked her when was the samp packaged ? She said she doesn’t know I then asked about the date of packaging she responded again with attitude saying I said I don’t know I then asked her to show me her manager and said even if you tell him he won’t do anything She insulted me unaware that my sister was still there, she said (ungi jwayela kabi le sifebe se yellow bone ) in short she meant that I’m a ***** yellow bone.
