Poor customer service deliver

Its been 3 weeks now going to Shoprite after dropping off my son to school to go grap something to eat ,and i have been monitoring their kitchen staff on the food side not bakery side ,However the staff from the bakery side their are friendly and helpful but the food side the service is very very bad you would come to the counter greet and what you get its ignorance or the facial expression its not good at all and the manner that they respond to you its like you are annoying them in their own private space hope one day they will change their attitude and bad service .I think they should be taken to customer service training That's my experience with shoprite kitchen staff
