Poor customer service

I went to get three items at shoprite river walk potchfstroom on the 08 May 2024 at 0840 am. On my arrival it was only one till point open and a long que of people complaining they are on their way to work. I asked the manager if we can be assisted by opening another till point then he said he only have one stuff member available. So we will have to wait in the que.
