Poor customer service

Yesterday we went to shoprite usave in Marianhill(Mamdikazi). What a poor costomer service we received from 2 staff members( Nonto & Nokwazi) who were working by the money market. We went there to buy something and we were told that we going to find it by the kiosk. We went there and found those to ladies by the counter, they did not even greet us and ask how they they may help us as we re standing in front of them. We were standing for about 10 minutes and they both just left the counter without saying a word to us. Only few minutes later a guy came out from the office near the kiosk and he assisted us. It did not even take a minute to give us what we were looking for and we went to the till and pay... How ever I will never go back to that store
