Poor Customer Service

I was at ShopRite Dlamini on the 25th of August 2024 and was on the que for 20 items or less and the was only one cashier by the name of Siyabonga.The que increased drastically since it's the 25th and he had system challenges and he called the supervisor and she interrogated him in front of us as customers and when I asked for an additional cashier, she rep**** with an attitude to say we are still busy but the cashier was not supp**** and I went to the manager who also did not help at all and never bothered to come check the que. It's not the first time I have experienced this poor planning from this store where we stand in ques for longer than 15 minutes. I wonder if the people hired in leadership are they being trained to manage the store effectively and on customer service because clearly that's NOT customer service and yet we pay but we are treated as if we are being done a favour just like in the government entities.
