Poor customer service

Good Day I bought a few reduced items at Site c and when i got home one item was charged at full price of R119 instead of R20 i went back to the store to get my refund , I received it after waiting for sometime as the was only one person assisting with refunds . I then wanted to use the product only to find out the bean that are supposed to be inside the item are not there .

my question is how can they not notice such , its called a heat pack . I have been to the store twice and both occasions your staff did not pick up this error , its disturbing that they manager and your cashiers are that clueless . The service is ****py i get that but selling items that are incomplete that's just pure carelessness.

Now i must go back for the 3rd time , what a waste of my time and petrol for something that could have been picked up .
