POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE by Fikile - Shoprite jabulani mall

I was assisted by some women called "Fikile" who looked all bored and was very rude. She didn't greet, tried greeting her and she just looked away like I said nothing. Did not ask for my extra savings card nor "Plastic?". I offered the card and packed my stuff peaceful so.

FIKILE - We all have problems and gets frustrated by the work we do at times but customers shouldn't suffer because of you. If you unhappy with your job rather stay home. Management please take this woman to customer service training please!!
