Poor customer service

Got the worst service from Shoprite at Southgate Value Market. After queuing for almost 30min the cashier Kgomotso is her name decides to pack half of my groceries and after asking her about why she is packing half and not all of it she tells me she was just helping me it's not her job but she packed everything for the customers that were Infront of me. It's alway unpleasant shopping at Shoprite.
