Poor Customer Service at Shoprite

I'm very disappointed with poor customer service received from Shoprite at Maitland. I bought cooked chicken this morning, after warming the chicken it had a funny smell. I then went back to the store and requested a refund. The lady who assisted me didn't even apologize. She was not even surprised, you could tell that it's something normal to her. Shoprite needs to have someone who inspect their food daily before selling to customers .
