Poor customer service and unorganized prices

Hello The customer service of Shoprite lyttleton its very very bad, every time there price a not accordingly and the always blaming urs customers.

On the 24 December I went the to buy gifts of my kids so there was a car that I wanted and the price was saying save R10 when u swipe there rewards card so u get the car at R40 , so I couldn't reach it because it was on top so I called 1 of the stuff to help so he help than I asked him if its the price he said his nt sure okay I want to the cashier to pay the thos cars than the cars scanned R130 so tell them thar the price there its sayng R40 , so we went back in the shelf with the packer than the lady say to me its not the of that car so I say to her where is the price?she says the front of the car I said than?because it's written in blond n there ws no other price. So the called the supervisor I explained we wnt back at the shelf she sayng its nt the price for it than I tel her that's the price I sow n there is no price even R130 it ws only the promotion ticket, than she blaming us customers tha shift this at the shelf than I explain there no space that a person n shift something dat shelf its full than she said it this is big it need the manager she went to cal the manager it took 15 to 20 Minutes to come.

When the manager come I have to explain again wht I explained to the cashier,packer n supervisor, we have to go bck again to the shelf explain again, after she tel me that it's need bigger than her and she ws rude so I had tho live the car because I ws get late to work .

First there wasted my time because of nt doing the job they always blaming customers of there unorganized shop.there service its poor .
