poor customer service and ****** cashier from Shoprite

I would actually like to give Shoprite a 0 star for their pathetic customer service at the Freedom Park/Devland branch.

the cashier by the name of Mantwa straight out told me that she is refusing to assist me, i bought cigarettes the previous day and i had 2 other items with me and i was helped at the cigarette counter, today i was racially profiled because i am coloured and rudely denied service infront of other customers by this woman. i didn't understand what she was saying to me as i asked her to speak English so that i could understand her but i was ignored and she continued to rant and rave to her other colleges for all i know she could have been swearing at me. Shoprite really needs to start employing people who actually want to be their and service customers as that is the core job function of the cashiers, we the customers keep the lights on and it seems like its a forgotten fact and we are treated as if we are asking to take the goods we a purchasing for free.

i will never use that branch again, infact i dont think Shoprite deserves my money going forward and i will share my experience with every single person i engage with a advise them to stay away from this establishment where customers are treated so poorly.
