Poor customer service

So i went to shoprite Nigel on the 27/11/21 to buy some groceries since a lot was on special because of black friday.... I went home, as I was checking my slip I realized that I was charged for 3(5kg) braai packs instead of 2 so I called the store to tell them and they asked me to come to the store with my slip.... I went the following day, asked for the manager and explained to him what has happend. He then told me that they will have to go and check the footage to make sure that I was really overcharged and that they will call me back when they get the results. I went back home and they called after a week to confirm that I was really overcharged and I must come back to get my braai pack... I went on Monday 06/12/21 to collect it and guess what that's all I got a pack of braai pack without anything to say sorry for the inconvenience or at least a compansation for my transport money I wasted going up and down on the store..... I am really dissapointed that all I got was a sorry that's it.
