Poor Customer Service

Shoprite Voucher Claiming disappointment. Since 10 June 2022 I am battling with Emalahleni Witbank Shoprite in the Taxi Rank complex. I claimed and bought on voucher points on 1 May 2022 at the very store, but when I returned on 10 June 2022. I could not buy with my voucher points to my surprise I was referred to The Panel Station for voucher numbers generated by Shoprite. A teller could not punch in the numbers as they all told me the numbers are incomplete showing me the dots after the 12th digit. A female supervisor failed to help. I spent 3 hours without being able to buy food with my voucher points. Atleast the Professionalism or knowledge of what I needed help about and refer me to their customer service. That would have resolved the matter.

I am stuck with voucher points I cannot use and have sent emails twice to the Shoprite Customer Service line with no response up to now, which is over their 48 hours turn around time. I am very disappointed.
