Poor customer service

I was at shoprite eyethu mall and I got a bad customers service there.i had to go to every cashier to ask them to pay cause I'm on lunch but the other cashiers made it clear that I can't just jump other cashiers and choose to pay at her till..told her that your line manager is the one who told me to come this side the lady unfortunately I couldn't take her name ignored me and assisted the other customers while I'm still standing there and I'm pregnant also the other side I'm suffocating I went to the other till and this lady told me that she has a long que I should ask customer to pay her name was Annah dlamini I told her my situation that I'm on lunch and also I can't stand a que cause I'm suffocating she didn't say anything kept on assisting others and when I was about to leave everything there after 20 min she called me and told me I should talk to customers first before she can assist me
