Poor customer service

Today I went to shoorite in temba ,bought few items and cream in a box from c*****.so where I took it price was from 7rands and 8rands.To my surprise at the till point it scanned 26.00 I told cashier it was a wrong price she said that's the price that it scanned I said take it out.After I paid everything I said to her I'm not satisfied she said she is sitting down she can't go there then she called her supervisor she also said why don't you go they had an argument about who should go .Eventually I went with the cashier she saw prices that I was talking about and still kept quiet.Eventually I said to her Sandra Mokoka I don't see any point of argument her I'll solve it my way
