Poor customer service

So disappointed as it is monthend and Allpay weekend and one of the biggest employers in South Africa can't even plan to have packers available over this weekend. The cashier's have to overextend themselves by taking huge amounts of cash and still have to pack their customers groceries and as we all know it amounts to a lot of packing for one person. You have customers that complaints in the queues but nothing get done or it fall on deaf ears. Supervisors standing around like they own the place. Please address this urgently as their is no way we will continue to accept such poor service at this branch. You already have a bad reputation in Eerste rivier due to management in this branches bad attitude...
