poor customer service

On the 09-05-2016 I went to shoprite west street in durban to buy and withdraw R1200. I then received a notification from my standard bank that the money is withdrew from shoprite. The cashier did not give me the money as the slip did not print and the drawer didn’t open. Supervisor was called her name is Busi Magwaza she then advised me that the money will reverse back to my account. She carried on and said if it not in my account by the following day after 12H00 PM I must come back with the bank statement I will be refunded. I brought the statement the following day money was still not in my account . On the statement the transaction went through to shoprite. What makes me angry as a customer is that is that when I bring the statement I’m now told the different story And the supervisor I spoke to she is disputing that she told me to come baxk with the statement the next day. I asked to speak to the Manager because I was not happy with the service I got. In the office there was Lindiwe Nene (admin manager) , Tanya Ramluckan (sales manager), Muzi Lungu ( branch Manager) and Busi Magwaza Conroller. I was told that the head office will deal with the matter they will contact the bank to reverse the transaction. Now I’m getting the run around from shoprite. And I ask the turnaround time no one is giving me the straight answer, none of this people I spoke to was helpful to me. I find shoprite management and supervisors *********** and the customer service is pathetic, disgrace . R1200 is not a small change . I’m very disappointed in shoprite no one is following up on the matter to keep me updated, they did not even take my email and contact . poor customer service</font></span></p>
