Poor Customer Service

Their customer service is very bad, I advised payment cannot be made at the kiosk and we can only pay in the till, however a cashier’s friend came to pay and they allowed her to pay at kiosk and when I asked for a supervisor she gave me an attitude her name was Nelly. I asked for the branch Manager as well by the name of Marie Hendricks and she also didn’t do anything about the issue. This was at Shoprite Middestad in Bellville.
