Poor customer service

Their customers service is very 0/10 . Controllers take 2 hours to come and fix any error or something happened on the till . They also have this tendency of opening 5 tills and Kiosk only even month end knowing very well it's busy just like today . The staff is also not friendly . SHOPRITE NALEDI MALL (VOSLOORUS)
