Poor customer service

Im regular customer at sunnyside pretoria but long queu that i stand for i can receive the services its not good. Everyday there less than 4 people working at money market whereas there more tills that are available that does not have cashier. I spoke to the supervisor she said there is no staff. I dont understand why shoprite they have alot of services on money market of which they cant manage. This is really bad for us as customers
