Poor customer service

Shoprite at Tsakane mall has the worst customer service of all time. We came to money market and there’s only 2 people working there, in December (peak season). These people really don’t care about their customers. We’ve been on this queue for over an hour and to make things worse, out of the 2 people that are working, 1 is strictly doing money transfers, all the other services have to wait for only one person. This is like a slap in the face to customers, it’s peak season, why do you only have 2 people at money market. This is really disrespectful shame on you Shoprite!
