Poor customer service

I was accused of *****ing Panado, got searched outside the shop people watching me especially, my colleagues, after not finding the panado in my bag, the managerbon duty called the security, then said he'll follow up. No details of mine were taken as an assurance that will follow up. I feel so humiliated and undermined and taken for granted.
