poor customer service

i was at jabulani shoprite liquor on the 17/012/2019 at 19:07 i was paying the slip cashier name is Sinethemba Sikhakhan,and i asked her her name she told me she is not Sinethemba then i am asking myself how can somebody logs in then somebody els works on the till,if thats the case then theres no order,nevertheless thats none of my business i just want answer's on the rudeness of the cashier to me ,the lady was so rude on me she just scanned my items and look at me in the eyes and said plastic i said to her you dont even greet me you just say plastic she said DO U WANT PLASTIC OR NOT i said to her is this how you treat customers she said yes i said are you sure she said yes,that was a terrible service ive ever expirienced and i was in retail i know how companies emphasise on customer service the lady was very rude in a way that i don't want to go to that store to spend my money with that kind of service and the cashier is the last person to give the best customer service as is the last stage of processing the sale,now i need the manager to call me and tell me is this the kind of service he promote at his/her store and the cashier must also call me i need to why she was rude on me i heared people talking about bad service from cashiers at shoprite i have experienced it yesterday, my contacts is ***
