Poor customer service

I was helped by a cashier called Dorothy Molepo with an unwelcoming, frowned facial expression at Shoprite Rustenburg. I had to wait long as she didn't even request a savings card from me and the combo could not be discounted on the system. Until when the other cashier asked her is if she swiped card that's when she asked. I had to ask her to pack my grocery while waiting. The Controller had to pack.
